All sessions will be tailored to best suit you and your goals. I will also recommended a proper \u201cyoga plan\u201d for you to follow at home between our sessions.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n\u2013 No travel is necessary \u2013 we can practice at your place if you live in Warsaw. However, if you prefer, I can also provide a neutral space for us to practice (this will raise the cost a tiny bit though).<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n\u2013 My yoga sessions are suitable for everyone. No matter what age are you, no matter if you see yourself as a fit person \u2013 you can practice yoga and help yourself enjoy life to full extent. Before each session we will also talk about condition of your body and mind on a given day. This will help me adapt each session to your current state.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n\u2013 My sessions are suitable for groups counting up to three people. Personally, I prefer \u201cone on one\u201d sessions, as I feel they work best and give most benefit to my students. However, if you\u2019d like to practice as a slightly bigger group \u2013 we can also discuss it, so feel free to contact me about it.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n\u2013 For optimal results, yoga should be practiced seven days a week. To understand yoga at the beginning of your journey, you will need a teacher-led practice at least two or three times a week. With proper attitude and commitment, after a few sessions you will be able to practice basic asanas on your own every day, without teacher\u2019s help.
