Ale um\u00f3wmy si\u0119 &#8211; czemu mia\u0142by\u015b to zrobi\u0107, ha?<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; Zaj\u0119cia grupowe s\u0105 najcz\u0119\u015bciej zorientowane na ludzi z \u201cregularnymi\u201d godzinami pracy. W zwi\u0105zku z tym, w wi\u0119kszo\u015bci przypadk\u00f3w masz tylko dwa wybory: \u0107wiczy\u0107 wybitnie rano &#8211; albo po siedemnastej. Tymczasem w ramach sesji indywidualnych mo\u017cemy wsp\u00f3lnie stworzy\u0107 zindywidualizowany plan zaj\u0119\u0107, dostosowuj\u0105c go do Twoich plan\u00f3w &#8211; bez konieczno\u015bci naginania Twojego harmonogramu, \u017ceby dotrze\u0107 na zaj\u0119cia grupowe.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"collapseomatic noarrow\" id=\"id69e367f0a78da\"  tabindex=\"0\" alt=\"CLICK TO EXPAND\" title=\"CLICK TO EXPAND\"    >\u25bc PRIVATE SESSIONS? \u25bc<\/h4><div id=\"target-id69e367f0a78da\" class=\"collapseomatic_content \">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Private sessions are way more time-effective and cost-effective than group practice. If there are 10 people in your group, you only get 10% of teacher\u2019s attention, which means that you have to go to 10 group practice sessions to make progress adequate to one private session, where you have 100% of teacher\u2019s attention all the time. I dare to say that one private session a week + home practice based upon it, gives you as much as three group sessions a week. So, do you still think that group practice is cheaper?<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; Private sessions provide a student-centered, individual approach of the teacher. My work with each student begins with a complex \u201cbefore we start\u201d survey, while first lesson is 100% focused on exploring possibilities, needs and problems of a given individual. Upon these, I prepare an entirely contextual teaching program for a given person, successfully adjusted over time. This is a safer and more effective way of learning yoga, which is way more likely to give noticeable results &#8211; like bringing your body and mind to a stronger, relaxed, balanced state, decreasing tension and improving your overall well-being.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; Group practice rarely gives you a chance to \u201cdiscuss stuff with the teacher as you go\u201d, or even to ask questions at all &#8211; as you always have a feeling that your enquiries will disturb the session for other participants. During private sessions &#8211; it\u2019s just you and your teacher, so you can always ask, and all your questions will be answered.<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; Private sessions give a perfect way to get over fears and anxieties, which are preventing a number of people from starting practicing yoga (or other group exercises). Some people are afraid they will be less flexible or less fit than others. Some people fear that they will look bad in those yoga pants. Some are uncertain about a fact they\u2019ll be the only guy in the group of girls. Others are simply introverts, who don\u2019t feel comfortable to practice among other people\u2026 Once you get over what was holding you back, you can always switch to group sessions &#8211; but why would you?<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; Group practice is almost always focused on people with \u201cregular\u201d working hours. So, in most cases you have only two choices: either you practice extremely early in the morning &#8211; or after 5 PM.
